I started practicing yoga in lockdown, initially as a means of exercise. I eventually started to see that yoga was an amazing tool to help me unwind and de-stress and more recently has played a massive part in helping me cope with mental health issues such as anxiety and PTSD.
In 2023, I completed my 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training with the intention of deepening my own personal practice. Now I want to spread all the goodness yoga gives me to others.
My classes are suited to all levels with the intention of providing a non-intimidating approach to yoga, to help students develop their own personal practice.
