**1. Appointments and Cancellations:**
- We kindly request that you provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment as part of our client appointment policy. Failure to do so will result in a **charge** for the missed session.

Important Update
Due to ongoing leak repairs at our usual location, Morganne and Stuart will continue to work from Action Station during this period.
However, to accommodate scheduling requirements, all other therapists and classes will temporarily operate from alternative locations.
