Very gentle movement practice that combines slow movement, breathing and relaxation. It can help improve mobility, balance, strength and body awareness, while also being really calming for the nervous system and mental wellbeing. It's suitable for all levels and is designed to feel approachable rather than intense or demanding.
A lot of people find it helpful for building confidence with movement, reducing tension and stress, and creating a little time to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
