Mondays 10am -2pm. Focused on women's general health, as well as specialising in Maternity Reflexology. Reflexology is a specialised massage of the 7,000+ nerve endings on your feet and reflex areas, to bring about a state of deep relaxation and to stimulate the body's own healing processes.
Includes a 60-minute appointment for our counselling services, plus a free initial consultation to discuss physiotherapy prices and options for sports massage.

Please note that we have a 24 hours cancellation policy for our counselling services. We often have a waiting list, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee equivalent to the treatment cost, which includes our physiotherapy prices and sports massage services.

Very gentle movement practice that combines slow movement, breathing and relaxation. It can help improve mobility, balance, strength and body awareness, while also being really calming for the nervous system and mental wellbeing. It's suitable for all levels and is designed to feel approachable rather than intense or demanding.
A lot of people find it helpful for building confidence with movement, reducing tension and stress, and creating a little time to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
