No previous experience necessary. Bring your authentic self and an open heart to allow this ‘sonic massage’ to provide you with the time and space to just be.Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or two to make yourself a cosy nest to lie on.

I became fascinated, reading books and case studies on breathing, biochemistry and self-preservation. The more I learned and integrated it into my life, the more I felt the benefits. I then created my business called Let GO, to share knowledge and good practice on better mental health for anyone that wanted to listen. In early 2023 I trained and qualified as a breathwork practitioner, training in 15 different pranayama techniques enabling me to adapt the practice to the individual's needs.
Now Having ran over 90 events and classes,featured in 2 podcasts and ran corporate webinars since qualifying, I continue to expand my knowledge and ensure all my clients feel safe and seen!
