My journey into breathwork began during the pandemic, where I discovered the amazing benefits and built it into my daily routine, gradually refining my practice. I became fascinated, reading books and case studies on breathing, biochemistry and self-preservation. The more I learned and integrated it into my life, the more I felt the benefits. I then created my business called Let GO, to share knowledge and good practice on better mental health for anyone that wanted to listen. In early 2023 I trained and qualified as a breathwork practitioner, training in 15 different pranayama techniques enabling me to adapt the practice to the individual's needs.
Now Having ran over 90 events and classes,featured in 2 podcasts and ran corporate webinars since qualifying, I continue to expand my knowledge and ensure all my clients feel safe and seen! Through breathwork and guided meditation, I am able to help people reach a deeper understanding of themselves and in turn, I learn a little more about myself in each class.
