Pilates came into my life 13 years ago after I suffered a back injury and had spinal surgery. Very quickly I realised it’s benefits and it became a way of life enabling me to participate in many other activities, like running that I thought I wouldn’t be able to do again.
I realised that, in order to sustain my active life and future proof my body to be a fit and healthy mum, I needed to build this form of movement therapy into my life permanently.
I hope to pass my knowledge and experience on to clients and guide them so that they too can gain not only strength and flexibility but also more body awareness and maybe even a love and passion for Pilates too.
In my spare time, I love to hang out with family and friends, walk my dogs and swim in the sea. I love running and cycling and a weekend away where I can do either one of these things with lovely friends is a joy.

Breathwork is a practice that involves conscious and intentional control of the breath to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is a powerful tool that taps into the body's natural ability to heal and regulate itself.
There are various types of breathwork techniques, but they all share the common goal of using the breath to access and influence different states of consciousness. These techniques often involve specific patterns and rhythms of breathing, along with focused awareness and intention.
By consciously altering the way we breathe, we can influence our physiological and psychological states. Breathwork can help release physical tension, reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy levels, enhance mental clarity, and promote emotional balance. It can also facilitate deep relaxation, emotional processing, and spiritual exploration.
Overall, breathwork offers a powerful and accessible pathway to self-discovery, healing, and personal growth by harnessing the profound potential of our breath.

During a breathwork session, you lie down or sit upright in a comfortable position and engage in a guided breathing practice led by a trained practitioner.
The practitioner creates a safe and supportive environment, allowing you to surrender to the breath and explore your inner landscape.
The breathwork experience can vary for each individual, and it may involve physical sensations, emotional release, or a sense of expanded awareness.
Breathwork can be a transformative practice that helps individuals connect with their bodies, release emotional blockages, and access their innate wisdom.
It is often used as a complementary therapy for various purposes, including stress reduction, personal growth, trauma healing, and spiritual exploration.
It's important to note that breathwork should be approached with guidance from a trained practitioner, especially
if you have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns. They can provide personalised support and ensure your safety throughout the process.

I'm a qualified breathwork practitioner and meditation guide based in the city of Edinburgh, East Lothain, and I also work online, which enables me to reach people all over the UK. My journey into breathwork began during the pandemic, where I discovered the amazing benefits and built it into my daily routine, gradually refining my practice. I became fascinated, reading books and case studies on breathing, biochemistry and self-preservation. The more I learned and integrated it into my life, the more I felt the benefits. I then created my business called Let GO, to share knowledge and good practice on better mental health for anyone that wanted to listen. In early 2023 I trained and qualified as a breathwork practitioner, training in 15 different pranayama techniques enabling me to adapt the practice to the individual's needs.
Now Having ran over 90 events and classes, featured in 2 podcasts and ran corporate webinars since qualifying, I continue to expand my knowledge and ensure all my clients feel safe and seen! Through breathwork and guided meditation, I am able to help people reach a deeper understanding of themselves and in turn, I learn a little more about myself in each class.
