Pilates came into my life 13 years ago after I suffered a back injury and had spinal surgery. Very quickly I realised it’s benefits and it became a way of life enabling me to participate in many other activities, like running that I thought I wouldn’t be able to do again. I realized that, in order to sustain my active life and future proof my body to be a fit and healthy mum, I needed to build this form of movement therapy into my life permanently.
I hope to pass my knowledge and experience on to clients and guide them so that they too can gain not only strength and flexibility but also more body awareness and maybe even a love and passion for Pilates too.
In my spare time, I love to hang out with family and friends, walk my dogs and swim in the sea. I love running and cycling and a weekend away where I can do either one of these things with lovely friends is a joy.

It is a common misconception that you need to have a certain body shape or be flexible to practice yoga class. This is not true and there is so much more to yoga than just the physical practice! A regular yoga practice has lots of benefits including reduced stress, reduces anxiety, increased strength and fitness, and increased flexibility.
This class is suited for beginners and those brand new to yoga. Each class we will flow through various foundational asanas (physical postures) which will challenge our balance, strength and flexibility. We will focus on correct alignment and technique with the intention of increasing your confidence in class and developing your own personal practice. We will also cover pranayama (breath control) and meditation.
Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm: Foundation Flow

Typical yoga classes can be intense with pressure to keep up with the rest of the class, and no time to stop and ask questions.
These classes are different. Our small group classes are limited to 5 people which creates a more intimate dynamic allowing each student receives ample attention, to ask questions and move at their own pace.
This also means classes can be more tailored to each student.
Classes can be booked as individual drop-ins or in 4 week-blocks.

In 2023, I completed my 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training with the intention of deepening my own personal practice. Now I want to spread all the goodness yoga gives me to others in my yoga classes.
My classes are suited to all levels with the intention of providing a non-intimidating approach to yoga, to help students develop their own personal practice.

Yoga has offered me stability, calm, and presence in an otherwise very busy and stressful world. I aim to be able to offer everything I’ve learned over the past ten years of practicing, on to you. I strongly believe everyone can benefit from Breathwork and Yoga, which Is why I understand that not every practice, will work for every individual.
The one thing I know that is effective, available, adaptable, and always accessible, is our breath. The breath is our most potent and powerful tool for change, growth, and presence. In my classes I’ll be sharing deeply restorative Breathing techniques to create a feeling of serenity and blissful rest. Finishing of our sessions with a guided Yoga Nidra practice. Leaving every part of your body mind rested, restored, and rejuvenated.

In these sessions we'll use gentle Pranayama techniques to restore a state of serenity and blissful rest. These techniques are simple, gentle, and deeply calming in nature. The best part of these practices is, that once you're familiar with them, they can become something you can practice on your own, to help you further find deeper states of rest by yourself. Our Yoga Nidra session will be completely guided, and is essentially a long, guided relaxation and meditation practice. It is deeply restorative. It is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra, can sometimes feel like a full 9 hours of sleep! The session will be 30minutes of Pranayama / Breathwork, and 45minutes of guided Yoga Nidra
